COMMUNICATIONS
Airport users are required to broadcast position reports and intentions on CTAF 122.800 upon approaching the airport, entering downwind, base, final approach, and occupying the runway. The front desk can be reached on ASRI frequency 130.800. Please call prior to landing to confirm your arrival.
OPERATIONS
Landings and takeoffs for turbine powered aircraft will be permitted only during the period beginning 30 minutes before sunrise and ending 30 minutes after sunset each day, except under emergency conditions.
Turbine powered aircraft are NOT authorized for night operations unless prior permission is received in writing.
Aircraft are to be parked at the approach end of runway 17 in the turnaround circle. Please park to the side as much as possible.
LANDING IS NOT PERMITTED IF AN AIRCRAFT IS OCCUPYING THE RUNWAY, EVEN IF PARKED IN TURN AROUND CIRCLE.
It is the responsibility of the pilot in command and the aircraft owner to ensure the runway and it’s attached surfaces are not occupied by any aircraft, vehicles or objects before departing or arriving.
ALTERNATE PROCEDURES
If unable to land at 01TX, please proceed to KUVA Uvalde Garner Field Municipal Airport. For aircraft unable to land at Uvalde, the next closest airfield is KDRT Del Rio International Airport. For aircraft arriving from outside the United States, the closest customs location is KDRT.

Runway 17 is into the prevailing wind and is the preferred runway for all landing and takeoffs. Runway 17 is the runway to use when the winds are calm. Left traffic runway 17, right traffic runway 35.
BLOCK TIMES
Due to increased traffic, we may not be able to accommodate overnight stays. In this case, you will be assigned a block time to drop off or pick up passengers.
